Cabora will be offering 16 foot jet drive inflatables. The tubesets will be 24 inches in diameter. Tubes will be attached to the collar with bolt rope to allow for easy tube removal. There will be a number of different tubesets available. Affordable PVC, top quality Hypalon or CSM in your choice of color with top of the line attachments and commercial grade tubes in a choice of Hypalon, CSM or Polyurethane.
Cabora has built 14 foot jet drive inflatables in the past that had the collar permanently attached to the PWC hull and the tubeset was secured to the collar with flat bar. These inflatables had to constructed from start to finish by Cabora.
Our new models will have collars that are designed to fit a specific PWC. This will allow the collar to be installed by anyone with basic skills. The collar will be fitted to the PWC and locked in place with stainless steel bolts. Next the tubeset is slid on the collar and held in place with bolt rope. The entire process will take less than 2 hours. The tubeset and collar can be removed for storage or to allow service to the PWC.

COLLAR - composite section that joins the tubeset to the PWC. There are slots that run down each side to accept the bolt rope of the tubeset. The collar is bolted to the PWC and can be removed.
BOLT ROPE - a long piece of 1/2 inch rope covered with the same material the tubeset is constructed from. The material is wrapped around the rope and glued to the lower inner edged of each tube. The bolt rope slides in a machined slot in the collar. When the tubeset is inflated it is tightly locked to the collar. When deflated the tube can be easily removed from the collar.
