Home Remodeling
Extensive effort was put into this home to maintain the original character while at the same time providing all the modern amenities one could ask for. The original hardwood floors were brought back to life and look much better than new hardwoods with joints every 2 or 3 feet. Extra space was created by moving the fridge to a bump out and enclosing the front porch. The wall between the sunroom and dining room was openned up allowing light to flow in and adding counter space. Counters are made from recycled material coated with epoxy resin. The counters are repairable meaning they will last forever. Marine grade products are used in wet areas such as around the kitchen sink and bathrooms. Paint is 2 part polyurethane that is really water proof.
The shower base is solid reinforced epoxy making it water proof from the top down. The bathrooms can be refinished in a short period of time at a very reasonable price.
